Evan 5 These aluminum joystick caps for the Xbox 360 controller look and feel great! It really is too bad then that they don't actually fit the Xbox 360 controller despite being sold specifically for the Xbox 360.If you look at one of the pictures I uploaded, you'll notice that the bottom of the red aluminum joystick cap looks a lot different from the original black one. The original black cap has many extra grooves and notches on the bottom. Also, the hole in the red cap is much deeper than the hole in the original cap, so it couldn't fit on the Xbox 360 controller's joystick module. However, I was able to make the new caps fit on my Xbox 360 controller by stuffing the holes of the new caps with small pieces of scrap paper. By putting scrap paper in the holes, I was able to make the holes less deep, so the cap could sit on the joystick module. I played Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge for about 3 hours and the caps worked and felt great the whole time. They felt really comfortable but very sturdy. I actually really like them a lot!But customers should not have to modify or fix defective products sold on Amazon. If the product is being sold for the Xbox 360 controller, then it should work right out of the box. These caps were also quite expensive. It doesn't make sense to spend so much money for a product you will first need to fix or modify before using. Until the manufacturer actually fixes their products, no one should buy these joystick caps. Steer clear of them!
